Hi, I’m Scout. I’m a former pastry chef and baking teacher from Portland, Oregon—by way of Sonoma County, California—now living in a super small “mansion” in Tokyo…with an even more ridiculously tiny kitchen space.
In addition to the constraints of cooking in a limited area, I am also disabled & autistic. I’ll occasionally write about my life, too, as it definitely impacts everything I do (and this is a blog after all!), but mostly I’ll try to stick to food…buying it, baking it, cooking it, eating it, admiring it, etc.
